other چارچوب مفهومی برای ارزیابی آمادگی بیمارستان هوشمند: یک مرور دامنه‌ای A Conceptual Framework for Assessing Smart Hospital Readiness: A Scoping Re-view مدیریت بهداشت درمانی Healthcare management مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: با گسترش فناوری‌های هوش مصنوعی، اینترنت اشیا و کلان‌داده‌ها، بیمارستان‌های هوشمند به‌عنوان راهکاری مؤثر برای ارتقای کیفیت خدمات، ایمنی بیمار و بهره‌وری منابع مطرح شده‌اند. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی، استخراج و طبقه‌بندی شاخص‌های ارزیابی آمادگی بیمارستان‌ها برای هوشمندسازی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مرور دامنه‌ای بر اساس دستورالعمل PRISMA-ScR انجام شد. پایگاه‌های Web of Science، PubMed، Scopus، IranDoc، MagIran و SID بدون محدودیت زمانی تا ۱۸ می ۲۰۲۴ جستجو شدند. همچنین اسناد سازمان‌های WHO، PAHO و ENISA بررسی گردید. استخراج داده‌ها با استفاده از فرم استاندارد انجام شد و داده‌ها به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: از ۲۱۲۰ منبع بازیابی‌ شده، پنج مطالعه واجد شرایط نهایی وارد تحلیل شدند. در مجموع ۱۰۸ شاخص ارزیابی آمادگی بیمارستان هوشمند شناسایی و در سه حوزه اصلی شامل زیرساخت‌ها (۴۴ شاخص)، مدیریت ایمنی فیزیکی و سایبری (۱۸ شاخص) و فناوری اطلاعات (۴۶ شاخص) طبقه‌بندی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد ارزیابی آمادگی بیمارستان‌ها برای هوشمندسازی مستلزم توجه هم‌زمان به زیرساخت‌های فنی، ایمنی و توانمندی‌های فناوری اطلاعات است. چارچوب استخراج‌شده می‌تواند مبنایی برای طراحی ابزارهای بومی ارزیابی و برنامه‌ریزی تحول دیجیتال بیمارستان‌ها باشد. از محدودیت‌های مطالعه می‌توان به تعداد محدود مطالعات واجد شرایط و ناهمگونی چارچوب‌های گزارش‌شده اشاره کرد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Driven by the advancements in artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data technologies, smart hospitals have emerged as an effective framework for improving service quality, patient safety, and resource efficiency. This study aimed to identify, extract, and classify indicators for assessing hospitals’ readiness for smart transformation. Materials and Methods: This scoping review was conducted in accordance with the PRISMA‑ScR guidelines. The Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus, IranDoc, MagIran, and SID databases were searched without date restrictions up to May 18, 2024. In addition, documents from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), and the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) were reviewed. Data were extracted using a standardized form and analyzed through qualitative content analysis. Results: Out of 2,120 retrieved records, five studies met the final inclusion criteria and were included in the analysis. A total of 108 smart hospital readiness assessment indicators were identified and categorized into three main domains:Infrastructure and Energy Management (44 indicators), Safety and Risk Management (18 indicators), Information and Communications Technology (46 indicators). Conclusion: The findings indicate that assessing hospitals’ readiness for smart transformation requires simultaneous consideration of technical infrastructure, safety, and information technology capabilities. The extracted framework can serve as a foundation for designing localized assessment tools and planning hospital digital transformation.
