زمینه: امروزه یکی از مفاهیم مهم در نظام سلامت مرتبط با درمان و کاهش درد مزمن، مفهوم خودمدیریتی می‌باشد. با توجه به خلاء وجود ابزاری جهت سنجش این مفهوم، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ساخت و اعتباریابی نسخه فارسی مقیاس خودمدیریتی دردهای مزمن ستون فقرات انجام گردید.

مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود که در سال 1394 بر روی 301 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به دردهای مزمن ستون فقرات که به مراکز فیزیوتراپی، بیمارستان و مطب پزشکان ارتوپد و طب فیزیکی و توانبخشی اختلالات ستون فقرات شهرستان بوشهر مراجعه کرده بودند، به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انجام شد. در این مطالعه از روش‌های آماری تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی، روایی محتوا و همگرا و پایایی بازآزمایی و روش آلفای کرونباخ به کمک دو نرم‌افزار SPSS ویرایش 21 و AMOS ویرایش 20 استفاده گردید.

یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج، سه عامل خودمدیریتی پزشکی، هیجانی و عملکردی استخراج گردید که در مجموع توانست 32/39 درصد از متغیر خودمدیریتی درد را تبیین نماید. همچنین مقادیر شاخص‌های برازندگی (65/2=c2/df، 08/0= RMSEA، 95/0=CFI، 92/0=NFI، 94/0=GFI، 91/0=AGFI) در حد قابل قبولی برآورد گردید. روایی محتوا (80/0)، روایی همگرا (با مقیاس‌های خودمدیریتی درد مزمن نیکولاس، سرسختی روانشناختی، خودکارآمدی درد، افکار فاجعه آفرین درد و باورها و ادراک‌های درد به ترتیب با ضرایب 68/0، 47/.، 50/0، 26/0- و 33/0-)، پایایی باز آزمایی (87/0) و پایایی به روش آلفای کرونباخ (79/0) مقیاس نیز تأیید گردید.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اینکه شاخص‌های روایی و پایایی همگی در حد مطلوبی برآورد گردیدند، لذا می‌توان از آن در حیطه‌های پژوهشی، ارزیابی و درمان دردهای مزمن ستون فقرات استفاده نمود.
