Case report: In this report we present a 31-year-old female with 5 years primary infertility who was admitted for infertility evaluation. We described a patient with unicornuate uterus without rudimentary horn and the left fallopian tube within the left inguinal canal diagnosed through laparoscopy. Conclusion: The surgeon who works on infertility may encounter such unexpected intraoperative findings, and must call attention to these findings.
