Medical Miscellany مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><u><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه:</span></span></span></u></strong> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بیولوژی سینتتیک یک گستره دانشی نوپدید است که با خود انبوهی از امکانات و کاربردهای بالقوه را حمل می‌نماید و از آنجا که رشته‌های گوناگون را از مهندسی تا علوم پایه با یکدیگر درهم می</span></span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&lrm;</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">آمیزد، بیشتر چنین می‌نماید که سیمای یک علم میان رشته‌ای را داشته باشد. با این ویژگی، در دانش بیولوژیک دانش‌هایی نهفته است که تدوین و &quot;رهیافت اخلاقی&quot; متمایزی را می‌طلبد.</span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><u><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></span></u></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> برای ترسیم چهارچوب مسائل اخلاقی گسسته بیولوژی سینتتیک از قالب اصول مدیریت دانش در طراحی قضایای آن استفاده گردید و این مسائل در چهار حوزه خلق دانش، ذخیره‌سازی دانش، انتشار دانش و به کارگیری دانش بیولوژی سینتتیک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><u><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></u></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> در خلق ارگانیسم‌های مصنوعی این قضیه وجود دارد که آیا این ماشین‌های زنده نیز درخور دریافت توجه اخلاقی هستند؟ قضیه دیگر ذخیره‌سازی دانش به صورت آزاد در مورد دانش ساخت قطعات، ادوات و سامانه‌های بیولوژیک در قالب کتابخانه‌ها باز است؟ در همین گستره بحث عدالت و شکاف فناورانه نیز مطرح می‌باشد.در کاربرد بیولوژی سینتتیک نیز قضایای ایمنی زیستی و امنیت زیستی اهمیت دارند، زیرا این علم به صورت روزافزون با جامعه بیولوژیست‌های گاراژی روبرو است. در امنیت زیستی، ساخت ارگانیسم‌ها با کاربرد دوگانه نیز قضایای اخلاقی ویژه‌ای را در بحث تروریسم زیستی برمی‌انگیزد.</span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><u><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></u></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> پیچیدگی و گستردگی قضایای اخلاقی در کاربرد محصولات بیولوژی سینتتیک، نشانگر آن است که می‌بایست اصول اخلاقی متمایزی را با کمک خبرگان علم اخلاق، حقوق و آینده‌پژوهان علم در گفتمان با جامعه مدنی تدوین نمود.</span></span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><u>Background:</u></strong> As an emerging interdisciplinary area of science with a multitude of potential facilities and applications, synthetic biology integrates different disciplines with one another ranging from basic science to engineering. This interdisciplinary branch therefore encompasses sciences that require specific&nbsp;development and ethical approaches.<br> <strong><u>Materials and Methods:</u></strong> Science management principles were used to design the framework of discrete ethical issues of synthetic biology in terms of the creation, storage, distribution and application of synthetic biology.<br> <strong><u>Results:</u></strong> There is a debate over whether or not the artificial organisms created as living machines deserve ethical considerations. The free storage of knowledge as open libraries about manufacturing the parts,&nbsp;devices and biological systems is another issue. In this respect, technological gap and justice could also be debated. Biosafety and biosecurity are also important in applying synthetic biology, as this science is&nbsp;increasingly facing the community of garage biologists.
