fa تحلیل وضعیت مراکز ارائه خدمات به مبتلایان به عفونت‌های آمیزشی در چهار شهر تهران، کرمان، بابل، شیراز به عنوان نماینده مراکز استان‌های ایران در سال 1392 بهداشت عمومی Public Health پژوهشي Original <strong><u><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه</span></span></span></u></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: مراکز ارائه دهنده خدمات به عفونت‌های آمیزشی در شناسایی، درمان و جلوگیری از عفونت نقش بسزایی دارند و توجه به امکانات و تجهیزات فنی و پرسنلی این مراکز می‌تواند موجب افزایش اثربخشی این فعالیت‌ها گردد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف آگاهی از وضعیت این مراکز جهت برنامه‌ریزی، بهبود و ارتقا کیفیت خدمات‌رسانی انجام شده است.</span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><u><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها</span></span></span></u></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">:</span></span></span></strong> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی- مقطعی روی 247 مطب پزشک و ماما و 141 مؤسسه ارائه دهنده خدمت به مبتلایان به عفونت‌های آمیزشی از شهرهای کرمان، شیراز، تهران و بابل انجام شد. این مراکز با تکمیل چک لیست، در پژوهش شرکت کردند. اطلاعات در نرم‌افزار </span></span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Stata</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> ویرایش 11 و با استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی (فراوانی، درصد فراوانی و جداول فراوانی) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. </span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><u><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></u></strong> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که در حدود 66 درصد مطب‌ها و 97 درصد مؤسسات بیمه درمانی می‌پذیرفتند. 93 درصد مطب‌ها و 89 درصد مؤسسات به آزمایشگاه جهت ارجاع مبتلایان به عفونت‌های آمیزشی دسترسی داشتند. 13 درصد از مطب‌ها و 67 درصد مؤسسات فرم گزارش‌دهی ماهیانه عفونت‌های آمیزشی را داشتند. در حدود یک سوم از پزشکان و ماماها و بیش از دو سوم مسئولین مؤسسات با دستورالعمل وزارت بهداشت در خصوص عفونت‌های آمیزشی آشنایی داشتند. نیمی از پزشکان و ماماها و مؤسسات عدم دریافت بازخورد از سیستم بهداشتی را مهم‌ترین دلیل عدم همکاری در گزارش‌دهی عفونت‌های آمیزشی بیان کردند.</span></span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><u><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></u></strong> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">جهت افزایش کیفیت خدمات در مراکز ارائه خدمات به مبتلایان به عفونت‌های آمیزشی می‌بایست به معیارهایی مهم از جمله حضور مداوم پزشک و ماما، دسترسی آسان به آزمایشگاه و داروخانه و پذیرش بیمه توجه نمود.</span></span></span></strong> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><u>Background</u></strong>: Centers for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) play an important role in identifying, treating and preventing infections. Paying attention to equipment and human resources of these centers can increase the effectiveness of these activities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of these centers in order to plan and improve the quality of services.<br> <strong><u>Materials and Methods:</u></strong> This descriptive cross-sectional study enrolled was carried out on 247 physician and midwifery offices and 141 service providers of sexually transmitted infections in Kerman, Shiraz, Tehran and Babol<span dir="RTL">&rlm;.</span> These centers participated in the research by completing the checklist. The data were analyzed in Stata 11 software using descriptive statistics (frequency, frequency percentage and frequency tables).<br> <strong><u>Results:</u></strong> The findings showed that about 66% of offices and 97% of institutions accepted health insurance, 93% of offices and 89% of institutions had access to a laboratory to refer patients, and 13% of offices and 67% of institutions had a monthly report of STIs. About one-third of physicians and midwives and more than two-thirds of institution officials were aware of the Ministry of Health&#39;s guidelines on STIs.
