fa بررسی تأثیر ایمونوتراپی زیرپوستی در بیماران مبتلا به آسم و آلرژی بینی در استان بوشهر The Effect of Subcutaneous Immunotherapy in Patients with Asthma and Allergic Rhinitis in Bushehr Province of Iran دستگاه تنفس Respiratory System پژوهشي Original <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: ایمونوتراپی، در درمان بیماری‌های حساسیتی به‌دلیل ایجاد تغییرات سلولی و مولکولی در پاسخ‌دهی سیستم ایمنی از درمان‌های قطعی بیماری‌های آلرژی محسوب می‌شود. هدف مطالعه، مقایسه اثر بخشی ایمونوتراپی زیر پوستی در بیماران حساسیتی مراجعه کننده به کلینیک آلرژی بیمارستان خلیج‌فارس بوشهر می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مشاهده‌ای بر روی بیماران مبتلا به حساسیت‌های تنفسی انجام شد و بیمارانی که دارای تست آلرژی پوستی پریک مثبت بودند بمدت یکسال تحت درمان ایمونوتراپی قرار گرفتند به‌صورت تصادفی وارد مطالعه شدند. جهت بررسی اثر بخشی ایمونوتراپی برای همه بیماران دو <a name="_Hlk66865907">پرسشنامه علایم کلی بینی (</a>TNS) و تست کنترل آسم (ACT) شروع و بعد از یکسال ایمونوتراپی تکمیل شد. یافته‌ها: 878 بیمار (6/53 درصد مرد و 4/46 درصد زن) وارد مطالعه شدند که 8/45 درصد آلرژی بینی، 5/25 درصد آسم و 5/28 درصد دارای هر دو بیماری بودند. میانگین نمره پرسشنامه TNS قبل و بعد از ایمونوتراپی برای 258 بیمار بررسی شد که این نمره به‌ترتیب 13/64 (قبل از درمان) و 5/83 (بعد از درمان) بود (0/001>p). میانگین نمره ACT قبل و بعد از ایمونوتراپی برای 186 بیمار بررسی شد که این نمره به‌ترتیب 1/71 و 17/82 بود (0/001>p). نتیجه‌گیری: میانگین نمره پرسشنامه   TNSو ACT قبل و بعد از درمان نشان می‌دهد بهبود قابل توجهی در علائم بیماری در هر دو جنس دیده شد و به طور نسبی زنان پس از ایمونوتراپی پاسخدهی بهتری به درمان داشتند. بنابراین، ایمونوتراپی در بیماران مبتلا به آسم و آلرژی بینی موثر می باشد. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: The use of allergen immunotherapy is one of the definitive treatments for allergic diseases due to the cellular and molecular changes developed in the immune system response. The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of subcutaneous immunotherapy in patients with allergic diseases presenting to the allergy clinic of Persian Gulf Hospital in Bushehr, Iran. Materials and Methods: Patients with  respiratory allergic diseases were enrolled in this observational study. The patients who had a positive skin prick test underwent immunotherapy for one year and were randomly included in this study. To evaluate the efficacy of immunotherapy, two questionnaires <a name="_Hlk73272573">were completed for all the patients before and one year after the start of immunotherapy, including the Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS) and Asthma Control Test (ACT)</a>. Results: A total of 878 patients (53.6% male and 46.4% female) entered the study, including 45.8% who had allergic rhinitis, 25.5% with asthma and 28.5% with both diseases. The mean TNSS was examined for 258 patients before and after immunotherapy and was 13.64 and 5.83 (P<0.001), respectively. Moreover, the mean ACT score before and after immunotherapy was examined for 186 patients and was 1.71 and 17.82 (P<0.001), respectively. Conclusion: The mean TNSS and ACT score before and after the treatment showed a significant improvement in the patients’ symptoms in both genders, and women showed a relatively better response to immunotherapy.
