style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه:</span></span></u></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اتنوفارماکولوژی شامل مشاهده، توصیف و بررسی تجربی گیاهان دارویی بومی یک منطقه و مطالعه ترکیبی انسان‌شناسی، داروشناسی و توکسیکوژی این محصولات می‌باشد. هدف این پژوهش، شناخت گیاهان دارویی است که به صورت سنتی در منطقه کوه گیسکان شهرستان بوشهر و کوهپایه‌های اطراف آن کاربرد دارویی دارند.</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><u><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span گیسکان به‌صورت مصاحبه حضوری گردآوری شده و شاخص‌های فراوانی نسبی (</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Relative Frequency of Citation</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) و شاخص اهمیت فرهنگی (</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></u></strong><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> تنوع گسترده‌ای از گیاهان دارویی در منطقه کوه گیسکان استان بوشهر وجود دارد که در مواردی از بیماری‌های گوناگون به‌کار برده می‌شوند که این کاربردها منطبق با دانش پزشکی روز دنیا می‌باشد. اما با این وجود در این منطقه شماری از گیاهان برای درمان بیماری‌هایی به‌کار برده می‌شود که ویژه این منطقه است و پژوهش پیرامون این گیاهان دارویی می‌تواند آغازگر راهی برای کشف داروهای جدید در style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><u>Background</u></strong>: Ethnopharmacology, as a multidisciplinary approach for novel drug discovery, provides valuable data about medicinal plants in different cultures.The aim of this ethnopharmacological study was to identify medicinal plants in the Giskan mountain area.<br> <strong><u>Materials and Methods</u></strong><strong>:</strong> The medical uses of medicinal plants were gathered from 20 local nformants by face-to-face interviews. The relative frequency of citation (FRC) and cultural importance (CI) indices were calculated.<br> <strong><u>Results:</u></strong> A total of 126 medicinal plants belonging to 58 families were identified. <em>Zataria multiflora</em>, <em>Achillea eriophora DC</em>, Matricario chamomilla, <em>Glycyrrhiza glabra</em>, <em>Pistacia Atlantica</em>, <em>Plantago psyllium</em>, Teucirum polium, <em>Scrophularia striata</em>, <em>Cichorium intybus</em>, <em>Foeniculum vulgare</em> had the highest CI and FRC indices. The highest medical uses were for respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal discomforts, obstetrics and gynecology, general conditions (temprament and weakness), infectious diseases and&nbsp; metabolic disorders.<br> <strong><u>Conclusion</u></strong><strong>:</strong> There is a vast variety of medicinal plants in the Giskan mountain area. Although most of the therapeutic applications of these plants in this area are the same as Iran&rsquo;s traditional medicine, the people in the Giskan mountain area use some of these plants for some diseases which are unique for this region.
