fa ارزیابی اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی کارکنان اداری منطقه 9 عملیات انتقال گاز Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDS) in the Administrative Staff of the National Iranian Gas Transmission Company-District 9 (NIGTC-D9) عمومى General پژوهشي Original <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: اثرات زیان‌آور اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی در بهره‌وری و سلامت عمومی در سرتاسر جهان تأثیرگذار هستند. این اختلالات در میان کارکنان اداری و کاربران رایانه در اندام‌های فوقانی، از جمله گردن و کمر شایع‌تر می‌باشند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اختلالات اسلکتی عضلانی انجام گردید. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1399 انجام شد. کلیه 256 نفر از کارکنان اداری شرکت ملی گاز ایران منطقه 9 عملیات انتقال گاز پرسنلی انتخاب گردیدند. پرسشنامه CMDQ بین افراد توزیع و پس از تکمیل آن‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اطلاعات حاصله از پرسشنامه‌ها در نرم‌افزار SPSS ویرایش 25 وارد و همبستگی و روابط بین اطلاعات دموگرافیک با میزان شیوع ناراحتی در اندام‌های مختلف تعیین گردید. همچنین اطلاعات توسط هوش مصنوعی (یادگیری ماشین)، بررسی و ارزیابی گردید. یافته‌ها: 229 نفر از افراد این پژوهش مرد و 27 نفر زن بودند. <a name="_Hlk102138141">میانگین سن و شاخص توده بدنی افراد به‌ترتیب 15/6</a>±3/38 و 73/4±2/27 به‌دست آمد. بیشترین امتیاز در پرسشنامه 1023 بدست آمد. بیشترین ناراحتی در اندام‌های فوقانی،کمر (85/11 درصد) و کمترین بار ناراحتی در ساعد راست (33/1 درصد) وجود داشت. امتیاز 367 به بالا توسط هوش مصنوعی (یادگیری ماشین) به‌عنوان ناحیه بحرانی تعیین گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: مهم‌ترین اولویت‌های اختلالات اسکلتی - عضلانی در ناحیه گردن، سپس کمر و قسمت فوقانی پشت بوده است. با توجه به اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی در افراد، کنترل و پیشگیری از جمله ارائه آموزش‌های Back school، آگاهی کارکنان از پوسچرهای مناسب کاری و طراحی ایستگاه‌های کاری ارگونومی (نشسته/ ایستاده و ایستاده) ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: MSDS have harmful effects on productivity and public health worldwide. These disorders are more common in the upper limbs, including the neck and lumbar, among administrative staff and computer users. The aim of this study was to assess musculoskeletal disorders. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed in 2020. All of the 256 administrative staff of the NIGTC-D9 were recruited in the study. The CMDQ was distributed among the candidates and the completed questionnaires were then reviewed. The information obtained from the questionnaires were entered in SPSS ver. 25 and the correlation and relationship between the demographic variables and the prevalence of discomfort in different organs of the body were determined. The data was also examined and evaluated by artificial intelligence (machine learning). Results: The distribution of sex between the subjects was 229 male and 27 female. The mean age and body mass index were 38.3±6.15 and 27.2±4.73, respectively. The highest score obtained in the questionnaire was 1023. The highest burden of discomfort was in the upper limbs and lumbar (11.85%) and the lowest in the right forearm (1.33%). A score above 367 was determined as a critical point by AI (machine learning). Conclusion: The main areas affected by MSDS were the neck, followed by the lumbar region and the upper back.
