fa مواجهه شغلی کارگران سفره‌خانه‌ها و کافه‌های سیگار با شاخص‌های فلزی دود تنباکو Occupational Exposure of Workers in Hook-ah Lounges and Tobacco Cafés to Metal El-ements in Tobacco Smoke بهداشت محیط Environmental Health پژوهشي Original زمینه: دود قلیان و سیگار حاوی آلاینده‌های مختلفی از جمله فلزات سنگین سمی مانند آرسنیک، سرب و کادمیوم است که می‌تواند تهدیدی برای سلامت افراد در معرض باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این تحقیق، شاخص‌های فلزی مواجهه با دود تنباکو (شامل آرسنیک، سرب و کادمیوم) در نمونه‌های ادرار افراد شاغل در سفره‌خانه‌ها و کافه‌های سیگاری شهر بوشهر، به‌منظور ارزیابی سطح مواجهه این گروه شغلی اندازه‌گیری شد. برای این کار، نمونه‌های ادرار از تعدادی از کارگران شاغل در کافه‌های دخانی گرفته شد و مقادیر آرسنیک، سرب و کادمیوم آن با دستگاه طیف‌سنجی پلاسمای جفت&lrm;‌ شده القایی (ICP-OES) تعیین گردید. نمونه‌های ادرار کارگران شاغل در کافه‌های غیر دخانی و همچنین تعدادی از جمعیت عمومی شهر بوشهر نیز برای مقایسه جمع‌آوری و آنالیز شدند. یافته‌ها: این مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین غلظت آرسنیک در گروه مواجهه، گروه کنترل 1 و گروه کنترل 2 به‌ترتیب برابر با 0/89، 0/36 و 0/19 میکروگرم بر لیتر، میانگین غلظت سرب در این سه گروه به‌ترتیب برابر با 6/52، 2/68 و 2/38 میکروگرم بر لیتر و مقادیر کادمیوم نیز در این سه گروه به‌ترتیب برابر با 1/79، 0/41 و 0/35 میکروگرم بر لیتر بوده است. همچنان که مشاهده می‌گردد، اختلاف معنی‌داری بین غلظت آرسنیک، سرب و کادمیوم در ادرار افراد شاغل در کافه‌ها و گروه‌های کنترل وجود داشته است (0/05>P). آنالیزهای آماری نشان داد که نوع تنباکوی مصرفی به‌عنوان یک عامل تعیین‌کننده برای غلظت آرسنیک، سرب و کادمیوم در ادرار افراد شاغل در این کافه‌ها بوده است. نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین، بر اساس مشاهدات حاضر می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که این گروه شغلی به‌طور چشمگیری در معرض مقادیر بالایی از سه آلاینده سمی (آرسنیک، سرب و کادمیوم) قرار دارند.   Background: Hookah and cigarette smoke contain various pollutants, including toxic heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, and cadmium, which can pose a threat to the health of exposed individuals. Materials and Methods: This study aimed to assess occupational exposure by quantifying levels of metal biomarkers— including arsenic, lead, and cadmium—in urine samples collected from people working in hookah lounges and cigarette cafés in Bushehr. For this, urine samples were collected from a group of workers in smoking cafés, and the levels of arsenic, lead, and cadmium were quantified using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). For comparative purposes, samples from workers in non-smoking cafes and some people from the general population of Bushehr city were also gathered and analyzed. Results: The findings of this study showed that the average concentration of arsenic in the exposure group, control group 1 and control group 2 is equal to 0.89, 0.36 and 0.19 μg/L, respectively, and the average concentration of lead in these three groups is equal to with 6.52, 2.68 and 2.38 μg/L and cadmium values in these three groups were equal to 1.79, 0.41 and 0.35 μg/L, respectively. As can be seen, there was a significant difference between the concentration of arsenic, lead and cadmium in the urine of people working in cafes and control groups (Pvalue<0.05). Statistical analyzes showed that the type of tobacco consumed was a determining factor for the concentration of arsenic, lead and cadmium in the urine of people working in these cafes.
