fa تخمین قد با استفاده از پارامترهای آنتروپومتریک اندام فوقانی درجمعیت بومی Height Estimation Using Anthropometric Parameters of the Upper Limbs in the Indigenous Population of Bushehr کالبدشناسی Human Anatomy پژوهشي Original <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: شناسایی هویت افراد بر مبنای قد آن‌ها به ویژه در مواردی مانند تصادف یا سوختگی که شناسایی هویت افراد دشوار است اهمیت بسزایی دارد. بنابراین، هدف از این مطالعه بررسی پارامترهای اندام فوقانی در جمعیت بوشهر در یک فرمول‌بندی نسبی برای پیش‌بینی قد آن‌ها با استفاده از شاخص‌های آناتومیک بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این پروژه شامل مردان و زنان ۱۸ تا ۵۰ ساله بود که در بوشهر متولد شده وخود و دو نسل قبل آنان نیزدر آنجا زندگی کرده بودند. شاخص‌های مربوط به بازو، ساعد، دست، اندام فوقانی و قد با پای برهنه روی سطح صاف و در وضعیت آناتومیک با استفاده از متر اندازه‌گیری شد. از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون t مستقل و مدل‌های رگرسیون خطی چندگانه برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه، ۲۱۸ نفر از اهالی بوشهر، شامل ۱۰۰ زن و ۱۱۸ مرد با میانگین سنی ۳۳ سال، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون به‌ترتیب بیشترین همبستگی را بین قد و طول اندام فوقانی، طول ساعد، طول بازو و طول دست نشان داد. علاوه‌بر این، هیچ تفاوت معنی‌داری بین قد اندازه‌گیری شده و قد تخمین زده شده در مردان و زنان وجود نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که طول اندام فوقانی یکی از متغیرهای دقیق برای تخمین قد در افراد بوشهری است. معادله رگرسیونی به‌دست‌آمده می‌تواند بر اساس طول اندام فوقانی، قد افراد بوشهری را به‌طور مناسب تخمین بزند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Identifying individuals based on their height is of great importance, especially in cases such as accidents or burns where identifying individuals is challenging. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate upper extremity parameters in a population of Bushehr in a relative formulation to predict their stature using anatomical indices. Materials and Methods: The project involved men and women aged 18 to 50 who were themselves born and both they and two generations before them also lived there. The indices of arm, forearm, hand, upper extremity, and stature were measured in bare feet on a flat surface in the anatomical position using a stadiometer and a measuring tape. Pearson’s correlation coefficient, independent t-test, and multiple linear regression models were used to analyze the data. Results: In this study, 218 individuals from Bushehr, including 100 females and 118 males with a mean age of 33 years, were examined. Pearson’s correlation and regression analysis revealed the highest correlation between stature and upper extremity length, forearm length, arm length, and hand length, respectively. Additionally, there was no significant difference between measured height and estimated height in both men and women. Conclusion: The present study showed that upper limb length is one of the accurate variables for estimating height in people from Bushehr.
