other پیامدهای بیولوژیک مواجهه با دود جراحی در کارکنان اتاق عمل: یک مطالعه مقطعی بر روی تیم‌های جراحی و بیهوشی بیمارستان‌های منتخب شهر همدان Biological Consequences of Exposure to Surgical Smoke in Operating Room Person-nel: A Cross‑Sectional Study on Surgical and Anesthesia Teams at Selected Hospi-tals in Hamadan بهداشت عمومی Public Health پژوهشي Original زمینه: دود جراحی تولید شده در طی مراحل جراحی حاوی ذرات خطرناک زیستی هستند که می‌توانند سلامت پرسنل اتاق عمل را تهدید کنند. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، 371 نفر از پرسنل تیم جراحی و بیهوشی به روش نمونه‌گیری سرشماری انتخاب شدند. سپس پرسشنامه محقق ساخته عوارض دود جراحی که بر اساس مرور سیستماتیک جمع‌آوری شده بود، تکمیل گردید. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه توسط 13 نفر از متخصصین و اساتید واجد شرایط در این زمینه بررسی و تأیید گردید. آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار، فراوانی، درصد) برای داده‌های کمی و کیفی و آزمون مجذور کای برای بررسی روابط بین متغیرهای کمی و کیفی و رگرسیون لجستیک برای بررسی روابط بین دود جراحی و اطلاعات دموگرافیک با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS ویرایش 26 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: بین سابقه کاری و توده گلو، ذات‌الریه و احساس بوی نامطبوع رابطه معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. از طرفی بین سابقه کار و سایر عوارض رابطه معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (0/005>P). این تحقیق بین شغل و عطسه، توده گلو، ذات الریه، برونشیولیت، آمفیزم، سردرد، آبریزش چشم و استفراغ رابطه معنی‌داری مشاهده نکرد. همچنین بین جنسیت و بوی بد مو، آبریزش چشم، التهاب حنجره، گلودرد، توده در گلو و ذات‌الریه رابطه معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. تیم جراحی عوارض بیشتری را نسبت به تیم بیهوشی تجربه کرده‌اند. مدل رگرسیون نشان داد که بین عوارض دود جراحی با سابقه کار رابطه مستقیم و با تحصیلات، نوع شغل و سن رابطه معکوس وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: شیوع عوارض با افزایش سابقه کار افزایش می‌یابد در صورتی که تحصیلات بالاتر با کاهش عوارض دود جراحی همراه بوده است. تیم جراحی عوارض بیشتری را نسبت به تیم بیهوشی تجربه کرده‌اند. اجرای راهکارهای محافظتی مانند سیستم‌های تهویه مناسب، تخلیه دود، ماسک‌های مناسب و آموزش پرسنل توصیه می‌گردد.   Background: Surgical smoke generated during surgical procedures contains hazardous biological particles that can pose significant health risks to the operating room personnel. Materials and Methods: This descriptive-analytical study included 371 personnel from the surgical and anesthesia teams selected using census sampling. Subsequently, data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire assessing surgical smoke complications, which was developed based on a systematic review. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assessed and confirmed by a panel of13 qualified subject-matter experts and professors. Descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, frequency, percentage) were used for quantitative and qualitative data, the chi-square test was applied to examine the relationships between quantitative and qualitative variables, and logistic regression was used to investigate the relationships between surgical smoke and demographic information using SPSS software version 26. Results: No significant relationship was observed between work experience and throat lump, pneumonia, and perception of unpleasant odor while a significant relationship was observed between work experience and other complications (P<0.005). This study found no significant relationship between occupation and sneezing, throat lump, pneumonia, bronchiolitis, emphysema, headache, watery eyes, and vomiting. Additionally, no significant relationship was observed between gender and foul hair odor, watery eyes, laryngitis, sore throat, throat lump, and pneumonia. The surgical team experienced more complications than the anesthesia team. The regression model revealed a direct relationship between surgical smoke complications and work experience, and an inverse relationship with education, type of occupation, and age. Conclusion: The prevalence of complications increased with increasing work experience, whereas higher education was associated with a reduction in surgical smoke complications. The surgical team experienced more complications than the anesthesia team.
