fa بررسی شیوع و عوامل خطر آسم و بیماری‌های آلرژیک در کودکان سنین مدرسه (7-6 و 14-13 سال) بر اساس برنامه ISAAC در شهرستان جم، استان بوشهر در سال 1393 پزشکی کودکان Pediatrics <p dir="RTL"><strong><u>زمینه</u></strong><strong>: آسم و بیماری‌های حساسیتی به عنوان یک مشکل بزرگ بهداشتی در دنیا مطرح می‌باشند. شیوع این بیماری‌ها در جهان و ایران رو به افزایش است. بر همین اساس این مطالعه به بررسی شیوع این بیماری‌ها در شهرستان جم از توابع استان بوشهر پرداخته است.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong><u>مواد و روش‌ها:</u></strong><strong> این مطالعه بر اساس پرسشنامه استاندارد بیماری‌های حساسیتی و آسم (</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">ISAAC</span></strong><strong>) فاز 1 و 3 که به بررسی فراوانی و عوامل خطر این بیماری‌ها می‌پردازد و بر روی 516 دانش‌آموز 7-6 سال و 569 دانش‌آموز 14-13 سال مدارس این شهرستان در سال 1393 انجام شد.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong><u>یافته‌ها:</u></strong><strong> در شیوع اگزمای حساسیتی، حساسیت بینی و آسم در دانش‌آموزان 7-6 سال به ترتیب 8/13، 20 و 9/3 درصد بود، در حالی که فراوانی این بیماری‌ها در دانش‌آموزان 14-13 سال به‌ترتیب 5/19، 2/19 و 7/6 درصد بود. در این مطالعه بین میزان ابتلا به آسم و همراهی آن با بیماری حساسیتی اگزما و آلرژی بینی در هر گروه ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت (05/0</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">P</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><</span></strong><strong>). همچنین بین وجود عوامل خطر نظیر مواجهه با دود سیگار، نگهداری حیوانات خانگی و استفاده از گاز به عنوان سوخت در منزل و فراوانی این بیماری‌ها ارتباط معنی‌داری یافت شد (05/0</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">P</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><</span></strong><strong>). </strong></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong><u>نتیجه‌گیری:</u></strong><strong> فراوانی بیماری‌های حساسیتی و آسم در شهرستان جم از توابع استان بوشهر بالا است و این افزایش با عوامل خطر نظیر مواجهه با دود سیگار، نگهداری حیوانات خانگی و استفاده از گاز به عنوان سوخت در منزل مرتبط است.</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Background</u></strong>: Asthma and allergic diseases are raised as a major health problem in the world. The prevalence of these diseases is on the rise specifically in the world and Iran. Accordingly, the aim of this study was to assess the prevalence of these diseases in Jam City, from environs of Bushehr Province.</p> <p><strong><u>Material and Methods</u></strong>: this study was performed on 516 schoolchildren aged 6-7 years and 569 schoolchildren aged 13-14 years in schools of this city based on a standard questionnaire of allergic conditions and asthma (ISAAC) phase 1 and 3, which mention to the prevalence and risk factors for these diseases in 2014. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Results</u></strong>: in prevalence of atopic eczema, allergic rhinitis and asthma among 6-7year old schoolchildren were 13.8 %, 20% and 3.9%, respectively, While, the prevalence of these diseases among 13-14 year old schoolchildren were 19.5%, 19.2% and 6.7%, respectively. There were a significant association in each group, between affliction rate to asthmaand its association with rhinitis and eczema (P<0.05). Also, there were a significant association between the prevalence of these diseases and the presence of risk factors such as exposure to cigarette smoke, pet care and use of gas as a fuel at home.
