fa اصول گزارش نتایج آزمون‌های آماری متداول در مقالات علمی علوم پزشکی عمومى General گزارش موردی Case Report <p dir="RTL"><strong>یک مقاله علمی به منظور انتقال اطلاعات به خواننده نوشته می‌شود. بخش نتایج یک مقاله، هسته اصلی مقاله را تشکیل می‌دهد و هدف آن، گزارش نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل آماری استفاده شده می‌باشد. به دلایل متعدد، مقالات منتشر شده در مجلات پزشکی از نظر آماری ضعیف هستند؛ ولی با این وجود تعداد کمی از مجلات اصول اولیه ارائه نتایج آماری را به نویسندگان شرح می‌دهند. با توجه به اینکه نگارش و ارائه نتایج آماری به اندازه یافتن نتایج آماری اهمیت دارد، هدف این مقاله، ارائه یک راهنما برای گزارش نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از برخی روش‌های آماری متداول می‌باشد. در این مقاله، اصولی که برای نوشتن نتایج در مجلات و مقالات مختلف به آنها اشاره شده است را به دو بخش تقسیم کرده‌ایم. بخش اول، اصول کلی ساختار بخش نتایج را شامل می‌شود و بخش دوم اصولی است که مربوط به نحوه گزارش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی می‌باشد.</strong></p> <p>A scientific article is written to convey information to the reader. The results section is the core component of an article and its objective is to report the findings obtained from statistical analyses for testing hypotheses. For multiple reasons, articles published in medical journals are statistically poor; however, few biomedical journals describe the basics of statistical results presentation to authors. As regards, the writing and presentation of statistical results are as important as statistical results finding. The objective of present article is providing an instruction for reporting the results obtained from data analyses by using some common statistical methods.
