Materials and Methods: Sixty adult male rats, weighing 250-200 g randomly divided into four groups (three experimental groups and one control group). The first experimental group received TC99-m through intraperitoneal injection. The second experimental group was exposed to Wi-Fi radiation daily for one hour in one week. The third experimental group received TC99-m and wireless simultaneously. Data were analyzed in SPSS v. 20. Results: Sperm count, motility and normal morphology significantly decreased respectively in Wi-Fi group, TC99-m group and TC99-m + Wi-Fi group (p <0.001) compared to the control group. The three experimental groups were significantly different (p <0.05). The highest reduction rate in sperm count, motility and normal morphology was observed in TC 99-m + Wi-Fi group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Based on our results, if glands and other sensitive parts of animals are placed close to electromagnetic wave sources, their normal function will be disturbed. %> http://ismj.bpums.ac.ir/article-1-1327-en.pdf %P 280-291 %& 280 %! %9 Original %L A-10-1-108 %+ Ionizing and Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection Research Center (INIRPRC), School of Paramedical Sciences, Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, Shiraz, Iran %G eng %@ 1735-4374 %[ 2020
