fa گرایش به رفتارهای پرخطر در نوجوانان شهر بوشهر و عوامل مرتبط با آن، سال 1398 پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><u><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه:</span></span></u></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">رفتارهای پرخطر و گرایش به آن در نوجوانان از عوامل اصلی و مهم به خطر افتادن سلامت جامعه می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت گرایش به رفتارهای پرخطر در نوجوانان شهر بوشهر و عوامل مرتبط با آن صورت گرفت.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><u><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها</span></span></u></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: در این مطالعه مقطعی از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی، 716 دانش‌آموز مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر بوشهر در سال 1398 به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای وارد مطالعه گردیدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل فرم مشخصات دموگرافیک و سه زیرمقیاس (شامل گرایش به سیگار، خشونت و رانندگی پرخطر از مقیاس خطرپذیری نوجوانان ایرانی) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های تحلیلی همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن، تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه، کروسکال والیس و رگرسیون خطی تحلیل گردیدند. سطح معنی‌داری در تمام موارد کمتر از 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد. </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><u><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></u></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: میانگین سنی شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش 83/0</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">03/17 بود. بیشترین میانگین نمره مربوط به گرایش به رانندگی پرخطر (67/5</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:Cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">88/14) بود. هر سه رفتار پرخطر با هم ارتباط مستقیم و معنی‌دار داشتند (سطح معنی‌داری در تمام موارد کمتر از 05/0). وجود دوستان مصرف کننده دخانیات با هر سه رفتار پرخطر (سطح معنی‌داری در تمام موارد کمتر از 05/0) و میزان پول توجیبی با گرایش به رانندگی پرخطر (016/0</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">p=</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) ارتباط مستقیم و معنی‌دار داشت.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><u><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></u></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: نتایج نشان‌دهنده ارتباط رفتارهای پرخطر با هم بود؛ بنابراین نوجوانانی که یک رفتار پرخطر در آنان مشاهده می‌شود باید از لحاظ دیگر رفتارهای پرخطر نیز کنترل شوند. با توجه به گرایش قابل توجه نوجوانان به رانندگی پرخطر و ارتباط مثبت آن با میزان پول توجیبی، ضرورت نظارت بیشتر والدین بر وضعیت پول توجیبی نوجوانان مطرح می&lrm;‌باشد.</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><u>Background:</u></strong> High risk behaviors and adolescents&rsquo; tendency toward them are one of the main factors that jeopardize community health. The present study was conducted to determine the status of adolescents&rsquo;&nbsp;tendency to high-risk behaviors and related factors in the city of Bushehr, Iran.<br> <strong><u>Materials and Methods:</u></strong> In this descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study, 716 secondary school students in Bushehr city were selected by cluster sampling method in 2019. The data collection tools included a demographic data form and Iranian adolescent risk-taking scale comprising smoking, violence, and&nbsp;high-risk driving subscales. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson&rsquo;s and Spearman&rsquo;s correlation tests, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis and linear regression analysis.&nbsp;Significance level was considered P<0.05 for all tests.<br> <strong><u>Results:</u></strong> The participants&rsquo; mean age was 17.03&plusmn;0.83 years. High risk driving had the highest mean score (14.5&plusmn;88.67). There was a direct and significant relationship among all three high-risk behaviors. The presence of smoker friends had direct and significant relationships with all three high-risk behaviors, and the amount of pocket money had a direct and significant relationship with the tendency to high-risk driving (P=0.016).<br> <strong><u>Conclusion</u></strong>: The results showed that high-risk behaviors were correlated with one another, therefore,&nbsp;adolescents with one high-risk behavior should also be controlled for other high-risk behaviors.
