اتنوفارماکولوژی گیاهان دارویی جنوب غربی کوه مند

زمینه: اتنوفارماکولوژی ابزاری است نیرومند که با ایجاد فرصت برای همکاری میان رشته‌ای و چند رشته‌ای و نیز کسب اطلاعات بسیار با ارزش در مورد گیاهان دارویی به کار برده شده در فرهنگ‌های گوناگون، زمینه را جهت کشف داروهای جدید فراهم می‌سازد. هدف از این پژوهش شناخت گیاهان دارویی بوده است که به صورت سنتی در منطقه جنوب غربی کوه مند در شمال خلیج‌فارس،کاربرد دارویی دارند.
موادوروش‌ها: داده‌های اتنوفارماکولوژیک گیاهان دارویی از 20 نفر آگاه بومی منطقه جنوب غربی کوه مند به صورت مصاحبه حضوری گرداوری شد و شاخص‌های فراوانی ثبت نسبی (Relative Frequency of Citation) و شاخص اهمیت فرهنگی (Cultural Importance Index) برای هر گیاه دارویی محاسبه گردید. 
یافته‌ها: به طور کلی116 گونه گیاه دارویی در منطقه جنوب غربی کوه مند در استان بوشهر مربوط به 65 خانواده شناسایی گردید. گیاهان آویشن شیرازی (Zataria multiflora)، سربرنجاسف (Achillea eriophora DC)، رازیانه(Foeniculum vulgare)، هلپه (Teucrium polium)، گل زرد (Haplophyllum tuberculatum)، زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum)، اسفرزه (Plantago psyllium)، سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa) و آلوئه‌ورا (Aloe vera) دارای بالاترین شاخص اهمیت فرهنگی بودند. گیاهان آویشن شیرازی (Zataria multiflora)، رازیانه (Foeniculum vulgare)، سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa)، زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum) و سربرنجاسف (Achillea eriophora DC) نیز بالاترین فراوانی ثبت نسبی را از خود نشان دادند. شایع‌ترین کاربرد دارویی گیاهان به ترتیب برای بیماری‌های دستگاه گوارشی، زنان و زایمان، متابولیک، تنفسی و بیماری‌های عفونی به دست آمد.
نتیجه‌گیری: تنوع گسترده‌ای از گیاهان دارویی در منطقه جنوب غربی کوه مند وجود دارد که هر چند همان کاربردهای درمانی که در طب سنتی ایران رایج است از آنها انجام می‌شود ولی مردم این منطقه شماری از گیاهان را برای درمان بیماری‌هایی به کار می‌برند که ویژه این منطقه است. برای مثال استفاده از آویشن، سربرنجاسف، رازیانه و گل زرد در دردهای شکمی، سیاهدانه در عوارض بعد از زایمان، آلوئه‌ورا برای چربی خون بالا، اسفرزه برای آبسه‌های چرکی، گل زرد در عفونت‌ها و دردهای عضلانی و رازیانه در زردی را می‌توان برشمرد. پژوهش پیرامون این گیاهان دارویی می‌تواند آغازگر راهی برای کشف داروهای جدید در عرصه درمان باشد.
