Barr-Shaver-Carr Syndrome: a case report

There are different subtypes of Kline Felter syndrome which 48, XXXY is called Barr-Shaver-Carr syndrome. We present a 17 years old man who referred due to absence of puberty, micro penis decreased Intelligence quotient and also some other sign and symptoms. The presented case stresses performing of kariotype examination (chromosome analysis) in the evaluation of patient with such problems.
