کارسینوماتوز لنفانژیتی ریوی، گسترش تومور به ریه‌ها از راه سیستم لنفاوی است که از تظاهرات نادر و نهایی سرطان می‌باشد و پیش آگهی ضعیفی دارد. علامت اصلی آن، تنگی نفس تدریجی و پیشرونده می‌باشد. روش انتخابی برای تشخیص، HRCTاست که شایع‌ترین یافته افزایش ضخامت سپتوم بین لوبولی به صورت نودولار و نامنظم با تشکیل شبکه‌ای از چندضلعی‌های متراکم می‌باشد. یافته‌های بافت‌شناسی، تأییدکننده تشخیص است. در اینجا یک مورد بیمار مبتلا به کارسینوماتوز لنفانژیتی در شهر بوشهر معرفی می‌شود.
