چکیده:   (740 مشاهده)
زمینه: اثرات زیست¬پزشکی و نوتراسیتیکال جلبک سبز کاهوی دریایی، با نام علمی (Ulva lactuca) در منابع علمی، به¬خوبی شناخته شده است. با توجه به اثرات غذا- دارویی این زیستمند دریایی و از طرفی وفور این جلبک در سواحل بوشهر، لذا از اهداف این مطالعه بررسی برخی خصوصیات فیتوشیمیایی، نوتراسیتیکال، آنتی¬اکسیدانی و ترکیبات شیمیایی کاهوی دریایی به¬دست آمده از سواحل خلیج‌فارس (بوشهر، ایران) در جهت یافتن ترکیبات مفید بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: پس از جمع‌آوری نمونه‌ها و آماده¬سازی آن‌ها، برخی خصوصیات فیتوشیمیایی، پروفایل اسیدهای چرب، پروفایل اسیدهای آمینه، متابولیت‌های ثانویه و فعالیت آنتی¬اکسیدانی به ترتیب با روش‌های استاندارد AOAC به شماره‌های 90-86 Cd و
3-25 Cd، کروماتوگرافی گازی- دتکتور یونش شعله (GC-FID)، کروماتوگرافی مایع با عملکرد بالا (HPLC)، کروماتوگرافی گازی- طیف سنجی جرمی (GC-MS) و روش مهاری رادیکال آزاد (DPPH) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: آنالیز اسیدهای چرب، تعداد 17 اسید چرب با مقادیر مناسبی از امگا 3، 6 و 9 و آنالیز اسیدهای آمینه، تعداد 19 اسید آمینه با مقادیر قابل ملاحظه¬ای از اسیدهای آمینه ضروری (37 درصد) را نشان دادند. همچنین، نتایج GC-MS، تعداد 31 متابولیت ثانویه با گروه‌های عاملی و هسته‌های متفاوت را شناسایی نمود. کاهوی دریایی، در غلظت‌های مختلف، فعالیت‌های آنتی¬اکسیدانی بالاتری را نسبت به استاندارد اسکوربیک اسید نشان داد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج، کاهوی دریایی خلیج‌فارس، دارای ترکیبات تغذیه‌ای، متابولیت اولیه و ثانویه مفیدی با اثرات غذا-دارویی و زیست-پزشکی قابل ملاحظه‌ای می‌باشد. همچنین، این زیستمند دریایی، منبع غنی از ترکیبات زیست¬فعالی نظیر فنولی، آلکالوئیدی، اسیدهای آمینه و اسیدهای چرب اشباع و غیراشباع می¬باشد.
